NEPC Annual Report 2009-10 - Council Assessment on the implementation and effectiveness of NEPMs

The NEPC is required by the National Environment Protection Council Act 1994 (section 24) to report on the overall assessment of the implementation and effectiveness of NEPMs in all jurisdictions. Assessments by NEPC on the implementation and effectiveness of NEPMs made are available below.

NEPC Annual Report 2009-10 - implementation and effectiveness of NEPMs, reports by NEPC members

Members of the NEPC are required by the National Environment Protection Council Act 1994 (section 23) to report annually on the overall assessment on the implementation and effectiveness of NEPMs for the year ended 30 June. Copies of these reports from each member of the NEPC are available below.

To download a full copy of reports from all jurisdictions for a particular NEPM, click the title of the NEPM in the first ROW of the table below (e.g. "Ambient Air Quality").

To download a full copy of all NEPM reports for a particular jurisdiction, click the jurisdiction's name in the first COLUMN of the table below (e.g. "Commonwealth").

To download an individual NEPM for an individual Jurisdiction, select the PDF link where the NEPM and the Jurisdiction correspond.
